CEO
Kimberly R. Chaplin
Kimberly Chaplin is a licensed insurance producer who has worked in the financial services industry for her entire career, helping retirees stay financially secure for nearly 40 years.
Over this time, Kimberly has been blessed to be involved in many different facets of this industry. Experience in management, training, and service at the company, brokerage, and agency levels has allowed Kimberly the unique and amazing opportunity to see this industry grow and change over time.
Kimberly cares for her clients and always looks out for their best interests. She is very diligent in helping her clients achieve their long-term financial objectives by utilizing insurance products. She believes in a strong work ethic taught to her by her Grandmother, Dorothy. Everyone should have someone with honesty, integrity, and community commitment to help make things easy to understand.
Kimberly is the proud mother of two daughters, Kassidy and Kameron. They live in the Rogue Valley along with 28 other family members. Kimberly is also involved with Rotary and is the Sergeant of Arms with the Rogue Valley After Five Rotary Club.
A local presence in the Rogue Valley helps to provide her clients with peace of mind and easy access for meetings and annual reviews. When Kimberly established her business in 2014, she set out with an objective to help people in her community eliminate as much confusion as possible in planning their financial future.
When not working, Kimberly’s hobbies include camping, boating, traveling, and spending time with family. She is also an animal lover and enjoys caring for her many pets, including a Pomeranian named Panda, as well as sheep, goats, chickens, cats, turtles, and fish.
Penny Gordon
Penny's position is Office Manager. She's worked her way up through the business, having served multiple roles. But her current job entails running the whole office, answering questions from both staff and clients, and filling in for Kimberly (being a licensed insurance producer).
Penny is a people person who enjoys working with and getting to know others. She's previously worked in the legal field and in Government at the Municipal/State level. She's loyal, dependable to a fault, and honest. In her spare time, Penny enjoys reading, meditation, and spending time with her family and pets. She lives with her father, and has a daughter currently attending college at the University of Missouri. She also has a dog, named Arlo, and a cat, named Milo.
Marcella Welch
Marcella Welch's role is Executive Administration Assistant. She opens up the office in the morning to greet clients, confirms and prepares files for appointments, prepares seminar paperwork, and updates paperwork, among other things. She assists with whatever's needed on any given day. She enjoys working with and getting to know both clients and her coworkers every day–she has been in customer service for 20 years, and has simply always enjoyed helping people out.
Marcella is loyal, energetic, and friendly. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, and collects vintage bicycles (and loves vintage things in general). She has two dogs and a cat: Peanut, Tina, and Atilla.
Kameron Chaplin
Kameron is a Client Services Specialist with Creative Insurance Options, LLC. She is responsible for keeping things organized and arranging events. She has a passion for helping others, and has grown up around the financial services industry, as she's one of Kimberly Chapin's adult children. Kameron is always eager to help others, outgoing, personable, positive, and loves organization.
As you can imagine, Kameron loves spending time with her family. She'd even go as far as to say Kimberly is her best friend. She also loves art and is a huge animal lover, and lives on a small farm with several animals, many of them rescued. Cats, dogs, goats, sheep, ducks, and turtles.

Cara Dietrick
Cara's role is Client Care Specialist. This means that her primary responsibility is answering questions and providing information for clients, but she has held multiple roles and supported the business in several ways. Cara appreciates being on a team of capable, professional women like herself. When not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with friends and family or in nature.
Alex Rise
Alex is a client Services Specialist–she communicates with clients, such as calling them up after seminars to thank them for attending and asking for their thoughts. She began working with us in 2023, and takes pride in doing a job that helps others pursue their goals.
Alex is attentive, organized, tenacious, and keeps a positive mindset. She believes time management is crucial to success. In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time at home with her family, or coaching a high school Dance Team.
